Privacy policy

We collect only what you enter in our forms, and we use it only to reply. We do not sell it and we do not pass it to advertising networks. We do not store your IP address: we keep only a cryptographic hash of it.

When you send an enquiry we store: your name, email address, company and website (if given), the selected service, the message text, and the fact and time of your consent.

We additionally store a cryptographic hash of your IP address. It serves one purpose: to stop more than 5 enquiries per day arriving from the same address. The original IP cannot be recovered from the hash.

The legal bases are your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)) and steps taken at your request before entering a contract (Art. 6(1)(b)).

The scanner (Aivikta AI Check) asks for an email address, a domain, and a few answers about the business. We store these so we can send the mini report and follow up about a fuller audit. Every email carries an unsubscribe link, and following it DELETES the record rather than flagging it.

We scan only publicly available content of the page you name, and we obey that page’s robots.txt rules.

We use Plausible Analytics. It sets no cookies and builds no visitor profile, which is why there is no cookie consent banner. Pages reached through a single-use link (reports and questionnaires) are excluded from statistics entirely, so that the link itself never reaches a third-party system.

Database: Supabase, EU region. Email is sent by Resend. The site runs on Vercel infrastructure. We work with these suppliers as data processors.

Enquiries are kept for as long as the correspondence and any resulting contract require, and no longer than 24 months from the last contact. Scanner records are kept until you unsubscribe or ask for deletion. Client audit data is kept for 12 months after the contract ends.

You have the right to access your data, correct it, have it erased, receive a copy, and withdraw consent. Write to info@aivikta.com and we will act on it. You may also complain to the Lithuanian State Data Protection Inspectorate (VDAI), our lead supervisory authority.
